Zlata (a.k.a. Julia, from the Ukraine) was one of the most outstanding contortionists to perform at the ICC - and indeed, is one of the most outstanding contortionists anywhere in the world. Her incredible flexibility has hardly ever been surpassed. Tall and elegant, she moves with a poise that matches her flexibility.
She is able to perform the extraordinary head-through-thighs move, because she has great backwards flexibility in the hips as well as in the back.
