Because many of us are older, and therefore in a vulnerable group, it is particularly important that we are extra careful. Even though the community risk is already extremely low in Brisbane, we want our risk to be zero.
Therefore I ask anyone who has the symptoms that might be associated with Covid-19, such as cough, sore throat or runny nose, not to come to class - even though these symptoms are most likely to be due to a common cold. I assume of course that you will not come to class if you are feeling unwell or have a fever. This applies to me as well, and I may have to cancel classes at short notice. I would advise anyone with extra vulnerabilities (e.g. recent chemotherapy) not to come to class.

In order to reduce physical contact I will not be ticking class cards, but will keep my own records. If you are paying by cash, I would appreciate if you could bring the correct money (though I have change if absolutely necessary).
Critical parts of the room will have been cleaned before use, and will be wiped down after use. Hand sanitiser will also be available. The Parish Office also says that there is a State Goverment requirement for them to have a list of names, addresses and telephone numbers of everyone who comes to classes, to assist in contact tracing. By coming to class, you are giving me permission to pass on this information.
